About

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer sports organizations in the United States. The Upstate Ladies are a non-profit club dedicated to the sport of girls' basketball. We strive to expose all of our quality athletes to a high level of competition, coached by high caliber coaches, in an environment which builds good morals, sportsmanship and high self esteem.

The Upstate Ladies are a weekend tournament-based traveling program for girls' basketball athletes ages 10-17. We will be holding our 19th annual Central New York tournament April 23-25, 2010, hosting 60+ teams. Commitment to the full season and parent and player participation in our tournament is expected.
